I mean, if I'm gonna have a 4-6 hour layover, might as well make it 9-12 and go into town.

But yeah, if you've just been to AMS, I can see why it might not be worth it.

Next time I have a long LHR layover, I may take the bus from T5 to Oxford.

Last time I was there, I went to Windsor Castle

The previous several I went into London
