So this Krack WPA2 hack... don't you have to connect to a compromised router for this to work?

I mean, does it work just by sniffing packets in the air? Or, just by connecting to your own routers, you're safe?

Any network can be compromised by someone close enough to see the network. So while unlikely, yes, someone could attack your home WiFi and sniff
