Trust me on this - you *do* need a will, also an advanced directive and I strongly advise a personal trust.

You may not think you have enough to worry about it but circumstances change. Even if you're single chances are you'll leave 'someone' behind to deal with your passing. Make it easy for them.
I am fortunate to live in a community property state and we had everything (except some property in Florida) in joint title so didn't have to go through probate. I'm still debating whether to abandon the Florida lot as it'll probably cost more to probate and sell than it's worth - lesson learned.
