Yep, yep and yep. All these things aren't really for "your" benefit, but for the benefit of those who will need to make decisions for you or deal

The advanced directive is extremely important, IMO. It helps your loved ones know when and how you'd like your life to be prolonged if you are unable to make those decisions for yourself. Couple that with powers of attorney for handling the financial aspects of care in situations where you cannot make those decision for yourself.
