Yes, run to the teammate while the whole other team capture our held zone. Sounds like a great plan.

He had zone B like 50% capped when I started to go that way, saw he had it covered, turned around to see how C was looking, and there goes David, running to the B zone, and oh look, there is the WHOLE other team rushing C, nevermind guys, I got this shit.
