I saw your post on a bb the other week about some frustration with your thinking not being quite what it was before the accident (although you did get there eventually). for anyone who goes through something traumatic, let alone actual brain injury, I think it can help to not measure yourself at present vs. your old self, but accept that there has been change, and with time and some effort (and, in your case, an extra shiny miracle), you'll get there again. I know it's rough; but, just as with non-brain physical recovery, have patience with yourself. :) -
