No way the offensive team gets set and spikes the ball within 10 seconds. The rule benefits the offensive team imo -- nm

agreed. the only tweak I would make would be if they were within 15? yards of the play when the review happened. If they could of made it to the line

so, play over 20 yards 10 second runoff; under 20 yards 5 second runoff. something like that. rather than doing one size fits all. -- nm
