so that's the thing. she has almost no work. I've pretty much programmed her out of a job (to be fair, because she was unreliable).

I used to always offer to train her to be an analyst and she would accept the offer but then have "family emergencies" for a week straight the day we were supposed to start. after the fourth time, I stopped offering.
she has never otherwise had a family emergency that necessitated other than a day off here or there.
