Animal Crossing was one of the original FarmVilles. I'm just glad it doesn't have that Facebook pester your friends for things dynamics.

I play several freemium games and only pay them money when I actually feel like it, not because I'm demanded to. And of course, Google Play credit is given out like candy by their rewards app.
