(I really wanted to see some of the costumes), I passed a Dorothy, Cowardly Lion and Tin Man. The 5-year old Tin Man was wearing a box and could barely hold himself up and walk at the same time. He was holding a plastic hatchet in his hand but couldn't get it anywhere near his body because of the size of the box. I held it together but man, was it a funny sight.

(Not a lot of kids dressed up, that surprised me.)
