In a way, the casino could argue here that the dealer and Ivey conspired to rip off the casino no matter how much the dealer denies it. What is

unclear from the C&P is whether the dealer did it in consultation with a pit boss, etc. or just did it on their own. I'm kinda curious on that bit of detail.
