I just made a sarcastic repair. Among the "deficiencies" noted that they requested we fix from the home inspection was a electrical joint box cover

this is a $1 item.
This is the only repair we're agreeing to from their list.
Our realtor has our back and was the first to suggest we tell them to get stuffed (in more polite terms).
