What I mean is that every week you have a shot at 4 clan engrams. Other than the Clan XP engram.

Those engrams are account based. You get one for two people in your clan doing the NF together. Another for two members getting a crucible win together. There's one for 7 wins on a Trials card, something I didn't know if your clan did or not, and there's one for beating the raid in a group that includes at least 3 people from your clan (I was pretty sure you hadn't done that). It is easy to claim those with the wrong character, such as grabbing them when you grab the Clan XP engram. If you're trying to hit 305 on your last character to get there you need to make a point to pick those up with that character.
The bad part about doing the raid is that it only has one guaranteed drop. The good thing is that it should be 300 for you and should be easy to get. Though at this point you might be better off waiting to see what the other challenge modes are so that you only need to learn one way to do each encounter.
