In response to "When you went to school, did you ever have safety drills for external threats beside tornadoes? " by zeitgeist

I went to an international school in Switzerland during the first Gulf War. I'm pretty sure there was a credible bomb threat one day.

fire drill, everyone goes outside in the usual fashion, then the teachers go 'alright, now everyone run to the far end of the field!' where we stayed for about the next 45 minutes. never any explanation for it, and there were quite a few diplomats' kids there, so 'some kind of threat' was all we could come up with.

there was a North Korean kid there, and ever since the Kim Jong Un revelations, I've wondered who he really was (not Kim Jong Un).
