Yeah, you’re probably looking at a bad component. RAM, CPU, Graphics card. Something’s bad. The all-in-one PCs are where it’s at with the desktop. They come with a touch screen. But if you’re liking your monitor, I suggest a laptop or tablet and dock it to the monitor.
