the prior season was removed before its expiration date from comcast/fxx (grr) - I'd just started a planned zoom through it, and only made it one ep. before it was gone.
they didn't offer the season ahead of the new one; and I didn't want to watch this one without it, so I figured I'd catch-up in some magical summer using a hulu or netflix gc.
