I'm sure I've mentioned they've been sold at a local international-type store for years. right by the counter.

the owners are really nice people, have a banner outside saying they support local police, just Completely Breaking the Law with candy!
this reminds me that I nabbed some cracker jack in an amazon deal earlier this year - no toys, not even tattoos or stickers, just some codes to use online for some sports thing. so wrong!
