My brothers and our friend were on one lane, some strangers on the next lane, and both groups were sharing the seating area.

So our friend was coming into the seating area, but there was a woman bending over either tying her shoe or something, and she was blocking the entrance to the area. Our friend, for the amusement of my brothers, does this windmill motion with his arm and a fake spank as in "move it."

He never touched the woman, so she had no idea, but right then from behind them they here "WHAT THE FUCK" and turn around to see the woman's two 6'5 sons who have just witnessed a stranger (what looks like) grabbing their mom's ass.

The sea was angry, my friends. There was much apologizing that day.
