Palabra. I am now (now!) going in to work to open the snack bar at my theater. Gonna be doing this 4 times this week.

Extremely unusual for the same crew member to be asked to open that many times in a week. Actually, I'm kinda flattered. Lots of new faces at work, so they needed someone dependable, I'm guessing. And it's better than being asked to close! Holy moly. Which usually takes several crew members. Me, I will be on my own with possibly one new hire.
It's an important week for us, with several new movies out between now and Wednesday (I heard Lady Bird was just added!).
I think I'll pick up a couple dozen donuts for the break room.
