An anti-immigration movement in Quebec seems like rather a futile cause.

While I can understand this cropping up in the small towns outside of Montreal, Quebec City, Hull, and Sherbrooke, that's such an infinitesimally small portion of the population as to be rather insignificant except perhaps at the level of provincial politics, and when the group seems to be anti-Islamic and not-so-much anti-Anglophone, their relevant to provincial politics becomes even more muted.
