I freaked out until I realized I could call Poison Control. They said I was fine and I did end up being fine (if nearly completely sleep deprived.)

FYI: Toxic dose of Lexapro is 50mg -- at one time. I took my first dose as normal at 8am yesterday and the accidental second at 1:30am today.

I was worried they'd think me suicidal or something.
