I think they have figured out a way to trust a lot of people but if they don't conform, they are gone.

That Gunn got to basically run Phase 3 tells me he was on point with a grand vision. That Edgar Wright didn't like what Ant-Man was going to be ... sucks to be him -- door.

It's what Disney is doing with Star Wars, with far less success given the issues with Rogue One and Han Solo...

Marvel has things together very well, but it's not unheard of to get wise people. Zack Snyder has never struck me as wise people. For a billion dollars, you'd think you'd get better.
