Each weapon has a frame type. The frame type actually lets you know what intrinsic perk the weapon has. Adaptive has none. Rapid Fire has Spray and Play (or something similar). Lightweight has increased movement speed (maybe only while ads). Aggressive has High Caliber Rounds. It seems to only be available on a few hand cannons and some power weapons. Precision has Counterbalance. That is one reason that Antiope, Uriels Gift, and Origin Story are so good. They all have it. as does Main Ingredient fusion rifle, which is one of the better pvp fusions, I think.
