So. Corrupt cops in Baltimore might have killed an honest cop who was testifying against them. Who investigates that? The FBI?

But the FBI spent 20 years faking an entire field of forensic science, helping get at least 14 people executed, some of whom may have been innocent.
So who investigates them??

The State Patrol if not the department's own Internal affairs. FBI has Office of Prof Responsibility, ultimately the DOJ oversees -- nm
