Making poutine with Ore-Ida french fries (hi, crash!) that are actually fried. Not baked. Fried. As God intended. And, yes, I have cheese curds plus poutine gravey.

As another snack, popcorn. Not just any popcorn, but Nebraska-grown popcorn from the family farm, with butter and Kernal's Ketchup Popcorn Seasoning.

And finally, a tri tip roast with a plentiful rub of Schwartz's Montreal steak seasoning.

But, unfortunately, I will be out of poutine gravy mix after tonight.
