and it was sitting all afternoon at the required holding temp of 160 and got turned into shoe leather.

now we went there for non traditional, and again, even though mom says she don't like turkey, lets not get turkey, once again she asks for turkey.

two years ago we went to a french place specifically because they didn't have traditional turkey and dang if mom didn't get put out because they didn't have a fucking traditional turkey.

i had king salmon, line caught from alaska, it was awesome.
