Well this sucks. Tomorrow the puppy was finally supposed to be able to go to daycare for his training. He couldn't go for the past 3 weeks because

he didn't have all his shots and they had some kennel cough at the facility. Last night my older dog gets sick. Looks like kennel cough. He hasn't been in contact with any other dogs, but we were away over the holidays and had a dog sitter who was in contact with other dogs (though he washed his hands and such before coming over). We've also had a trainer come over who was in contact with other dogs, but our dogs had no direct contact with other dogs. So now the puppy is at risk anyway and can't go there because they don't want him to bring the cough there. And my wife is going to lose her mind trying to deal with the puppy without help for another week plus. We won't get lab results for 5 days to confirm if it is kennel cough.
