Keep your fingers crossed. It's possible that a lot of these last-minute additions will be struck by the Conference Committee.

That typically happens when bills are run through the Senate's vote-a-rama process on budget legislation. Senators get to vote in favor of a bunch of different provisions (and claim credit for doing so) knowing that they will be pulled back out during conference negotiations.
