VLIR: groiny. RE: kid and teacher

I'd definitely take the step to raise the issue with the school or district's director of school safety. I'd be very surprised if they didn't have someone like this at the district in this day. A smaller step would be the school's dean or principal as an intermediate step. It is quite likely that any of those individuals do not even know about the incident if the teacher only "warned" the student. They may take it much more seriously than the teacher did.
