if she left off that one line, it wouldn't have been so bad. it's decent advice for some ways to try to protect yourself. -- (edited)

she misses that not everyone knows about rumors, that HW and others often chose/choose their victims carefully, and that many of the victims were baited/switched - told they were meeting one place then moved, not told it was alone, etc.
also, they didn't ask for rape, for "no" to not be respected, etc.
