I think the point here is to change the mindset longterm.

Suzanne and I were talking, and I bet we all have some event in our past that is borderline "harassment" against the opposite sex (both ways); office parties, jokes and innuendos, etc.
Obviously, Rape and other Sexual harassment actions are way worse, but if we change the culture to be more empathetic of the targets of these actions/jokes/etc., then we (hopefully) reduce the occurrences.
