the town said I am responsible for it, even though I said I never saw the ticket. The ticket was issues April 4th, I changed my address on my Drivers License on April 17th. Any notices they mailed went to the old address, and I never received, but somehow, I am still on the hook for late fees and such.
Bullshit.
