Yes, a living wage for all workers would be nice. Ain't happening under Trump/GOP.

I loathe the tipping culture because it:
1. Undervalues work
2. Is ignored by many (reinforcing #1)
3. Has spread to jobs where the pay is good and the cost of the service reflects the "extra" that is generally tipped for.
But I never tip less than 20%. And never less than $5 regardless of the bill's total. I hate the idea of tipping but recognize it's the current state of things.
