How accurate are the below statements?

Jack Phillips is a baker in Colorado who agreed to provide a cake for a same-sex wedding.

Jack Phillips would not provide some customizations the gay couple wanted so they sued.

Jack Phillips was willing to provide the cake, just not the same-sex wedding topper.

Jack has gay customers and serves them willingly.
