...for some reason, that the guy in the picture was face-down in a toilet. Seriously I just assumed that the picture was taken from the bottom of a toilet bowl of a guy who had just drowned.

This billboard was up for FIVE YEARS. Allegedly, if you called the number, Tommy answered.
