average of 2-12 weeks for antibodies to show, but can be up to 6 months.

I just read the bb thread - while this point is valid, it is also valid for non-gay-men, even if there's somewhat more risk for gay men, you just don't know for sure if there's no protection (or, really, even if there is, because not 100%).
with that in mind, there should also have been mention of use of truvada, etc.
