But then we had to deal with the sequestration shenanigans, which did the opposite. I don’t think you can claim with a straight face that we have in any way had a stimulative fiscal policy over the entire course of our economic recovery, and certainly not to the extent monetary policy had an impact on it.
Or maybe I just read too much Paul Krugman
