Do you do many raids or gym battles?

It's to set a battle lineup that you'll use often. So, mostly for raids. That way you won't need to search to swap out each one you want to switch, you just make a team and then swap to that team. Which will come in handy when I want to do a raid against Ho-Oh with Solar Beam. I don't like the team it chooses for me.
