Yeah, I guess I shouldn't be finite. The resurfacing of previous allegations is a good sign, though.

And they seem arrogant about the cover-ups. The military said the sex was consensual. The alleged assailant claims they never had sex. That's precisely the sort of mixed message that comes out of a cover-up.
