Thinking of setting two fitness goals for 2018, and starting them this week.

Not sure what level to set.
Hardcore would be:
2000KM cycling by 2018-12-31 (5.5km/day)
500KM running by 2018-12-31 (1.4km/day)
Medium would be half that:
1000KM cycling by 2018-12-31 (2.7km/day)
250KM running by 2018-12-31 (0.7km/day)
but those per-day numbers would add up if I had to skip for travel or health reasons, so maybe it should be lower. I dunno.
Maybe a series of monthly goals?
