Well, she fell into a lake of fire. I mean, she *could* come back, but why? To fulfill what story arc? They didn't build her into a character worthy of coming back from a seemingly sure death.

Luke slid more than fell, I think. And Maul only came back in the books/comics. No way they would've gotten away with it in the movies.
