but if you truly are seeing the opportunities for you constantly passing you by, it might be time to start seriously considering it.
I have ZERO chance of advancement where I am, so I have nothing to get worked up over. And even if they offered me some sort of promotion, I likely would decline, as they tend to work way more hours than I am interested in doing.
