IIRC this applies except it has 3 floors. It's a 'roadside' property that really has no purpose except for motorists to stop overnight...

The location is the intersection of Hwy 89 (from Utah/Colorado through AZ) and the road along the Little Colorado to the east gate of Grand Canyon NP.
