Tracer (POV character) can as a main ability "blink"

quick dashes in whichever direction they're moving, up to three times (on full cooldown). He then used his "ultimate" (which has to charge) to plant a sticky bomb on the other team's main healer. What makes this impressive is that he couldn't see where that other character was from his starting point.
