Something I'm curious about is DLC and Early Access. I'm guessing Game Pass only offers wide release date.

Unless they change it, at least with Forza you can't get the 5-day Early Access without buying the +$40 Ultimate Edition.
There are probably few gamers who will be affected by that, but of course they'll be loud ("I paid $10/month and now I have to buy the whole game again just to get the extra benefit??" "Well, yeah, that's what you always had to do before, so...")
