b!, a couple of corporate bonding things that have not been 100% painful.

1. Ahead of time, get all the participants to provide the game leader with fun facts about themselves (eg, a response to the question "What's the craziest thing you've ever done?" or "What is your secret hidden talent?")

The leader then picks the best examples and puts together a quiz. (eg "Which of your coworkers has been hypnotized on stage?"). Each table has to vote on their answers as a group.

2. Similar to the above, but requiring more mingling (*shudder*) is team member Bingo. The relevant fun facts are on bingo cards. Each person gets a card and a pen and has to go around the room finding the names of a person who fits the relevant category. (eg, "Are you left handed?" "Have you been to Norway?")

3. Team Scattegories (with some corporate specific categories) is also surprisingly fun.
