A lot of people felt like the SWAT guy who gave the fake address was guilty.

I didn't see it that way, but some argued that he had culpability. This situation is the more extreme example of that. The one woman lured her to a place where she knew that the victim would be expected to perform sex acts. She IS culpable. Asking whether the victim was down for oral is just...I don't know how anybody does that without feeling like a pimp.
