Mussina is most hurt by the O's & Yankees bullpens missing 2 or 3 years to get him 20 wins

he only did it in his last year but he ended up on 19 like 4 times.
270 wins, and an ERA+ of 123 = HOF...the average HOFer has an ERA+ of 122 as of 2 years ago
