My ARGH ARGH ARGH ARGH - Someone I live with did not tell me he was setting his alarm clock an hour earlier than usual.

I was unable to fall back asleep this morning. Had I known this needed to happen (and had it been mentioned) I would have slept in the guest bedroom. An hour of sleep is very precious to me these days.

What should happen to the someone I live with now?
