Both of these friends must separately realize how much work and effort and time and money you and SN have put into this. This project has not been easy at all on you guys. If these 2 are indeed your friends, they'll just have to gracefully deal with the fact that they have to be in the vicinity of each other for a moment. Your housewarming is for celebrating your achievements. Your real friends will want to share that with you.
